Waite Bespoke Buildings is the latest chapter in Russell Waite’s lifelong journey in construction and property development. From a traditional 3-year apprenticeship on the Isle of Wight to working on the prestigious Hythe Marina and Ocean Village developments in Southampton, Russell’s foundation in quality craftsmanship is unmatched.
After more than two decades leading a successful building and development company on the Island, Russell briefly stepped back for semi-retirement. But with a deep passion for building — and plenty of encouragement from past customers — he returned with Waite Bespoke Buildings.
Now, Russell leads a handpicked team of trusted local tradesmen and tradeswomen, focusing on truly bespoke projects, made to suit each individual client.
